Notices of Filling in the Account Opening Form
1 Account form is in triplicate, so the dealer has to safe-keep the third copy;
2 Back face of the account form notes the “Risk Notification” “Notice to dealers” “Trading Agreement of Tianjin Bohai Commodity Exchange with the Exchange”; dealers shall read as well as understand carefully about the terms before opening the account;
3 Dealer provided by the enterprise client shall be in accordance with the contact;
4 Details about the contact information of the dealer (corporate client) shall be recorded in the form;
5 Account information form of corporate clientshall be sealed by the legal person; signature only in invalid.
6 corporate client shall also fill in reserved seal (in duplicate), with the Exchange and the dealer holding one respectively.
Materials required when opening an account：
Individuals: identity card, bank card;
Enterprise: business license, Organization Code Certificate, tax registration Certificate, bank account license, official seal of the enterprise, financial seal of the enterprise, seal of the legal person, letter of authorization for the legal person, “dealer” page of the account opening application form of BOCE, reserved seal of the bank
