Account Opening Guidance

Four steps to open an account:
1 Prepare materials and contact us;
2 Fill in, transmit, check and allocate accounts before inputting and uploading materials;
3 The materials have to be approved by BOCE;
4 Dealers bind the account in the opening bank.
Materials required：（All printed in A4）
Individual client:
1 Two-sided copy of personal identification card (signed)
2 Required copy of personal bank card (signed)
Corporate client:
1 Duplicate copy of business license of the enterprise (sealed)
2 Duplicate copy of tax registration certification of the enterprise (sealed)
3 Duplicate copy of Organization Code Certification of the enterprise (sealed)
4 Duplicate copy of account opening license of the enterprise (sealed)
5 Two-sided copy of the ID of the legal representative (sealed)
6 letter of authorization of the legal representative (sealed)
7 two-sided copy of the ID of designated contact person in the enterprise (sealed)
8 ID as well as two-sided copy of the authorized representative (sealed)
9 Reserved seal of the dealer (signed by legal person & sealed)
Bank binding
There are totally 11 cooperative banks, in which China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications, Industrial Bank and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank belong to tripartite-agreement banks; Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd, China Citic Bank and China Merchants Bank belong to double-agreement banks. (There is no difference for the dealers whether they choose double-agreement banks or tripartite-agreement banks)
Materials needed for clients to bind bank account in the opening bank:
Individuals: identity card, bank card;
Enterprise: business license, Organization Code Certification, tax registration certification, bank account license, official seal of the enterprise, financial seal of the enterprise, seal of the legal person, letter of authorization for the legal person, “dealer” page of the account opening application form of BOCE, reserved seal of the bank ( Account binding time: 9 a.m.~4 p.m.)
