Mesnac enters partnership with Bosch Rexroth

BEIJING—Mesnac Co. Ltd. has signed a strategic cooperation partnership protocol with Bosch Rexroth Ltd. on Feb. 28 to develop a drive and control system for the rubber and tire industry.
Mesnac President Zheng Jiangjia and Rexroth CSO Ren Yixing signed the protocol on behalf of each party on Feb. 4, according to Mesnac.
Bosch Rexroth will support the development of Mesnac’s drives and controls business in the rubber and tire industry, Mesnac said. The firm added that Bosch Rexroth would also make a special action plan to promote Mesnac’s products.
Mesnac said Bosch Rexroth will support its modular and standardization work, advancing expansion activities of both parties in their respective fields and markets.
The partnership is aimed at reinforcing the two companies’ positions within the drives and controls field of the rubber and tire industry.
Mesnac said the two firms will work together to promote the intellectual and digital development towards the rubber and tire industry, providing better products and service for global rubber and tire customers.
