Adjustments Made in Delivery Measures

Three main adjustments has been made:
1. Change in Delivery Time, the seller holding receipt can apply for delivery
2. Warehouse-transferred cargos cannot be registered as warehouse receipt
3. Regulating the documents submission time required by foreign exchange under standard USD procedures.
I. The buyer applies for delivery through Submission Method
1. To apply for delivery by entering into delivery page before 16:00 of everyday
2. To select the delivery elements and submit, in case the selection is automatically revoked before centrally matched, such delivery will be automatically revoked.
3. The successful delivery is displayed in the system.
4. The delivery made may be revoked before 16:05.
二 II. The seller applies for delivery through Answer Method
1. The dealer selects delivery to be answered and click answer before 16:00.
2. Select the warehouse receipt matched with the counter-party.
3. Successfully answered.
4. The successful delivery can be checked in delivery records.
三、III. The seller applies for delivery through Submission Method
1. To apply for delivery by entering into delivery page before 16:00 of everyday.
2. To select the delivery elements and submit, in case the selection is automatically revoked before centrally matched, such delivery will be automatically revoked.
3. The successful delivery is displayed in the system.
4. The delivery made may be revoked before 16:05.
四、IV. The buyer applies for delivery through Answer Method
1. The dealer selects delivery to be answered and click answer before 16:00.
2. Filling up the amount to be answered
3. The successful delivery can be checked in delivery records.
